Official Rules with Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Your chances of winning do not increase with a purchase.

2. Eligibility: Win “Secret” Forex Pre-IPO is open to all legal residents of USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore who sign up at (Optin link). You must be of legal age at the date of entry in this contest to qualify. This contest is subject to all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Tradeology’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Win “Secret” Forex Pre-IPO Contest.

3. Sponsorship: The sponsor is Tradeology (“Sponsor”), located at Suite 509, Private Bag X503, Northway, Kwazulu-Natal 4065, South Africa.

4. Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Rules and Decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entrant at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Win “Secret” Forex Pre-IPO Contest, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Win “Secret” Forex Pre-IPO Contest.

5. Entry Period: The contest begins on November 21, 2022 and ends on November 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM (“Entry Period). To be eligible, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

6. How To Enter: In order to qualify, you must do all of the following:

7. Prize: The winner will receive Free Access to FX Profitude. The inclusions of the prize include Fxprofitude, the A.P.T. Trade Assistant, the bump: Magic Candles Indicator, On Point Profit Reaper, Fusion Day Trader, The Easy Trader, and Forex Master Method Evolution. The prize is non-transferable and may be substituted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner’s entry and name may or may not be used for advertising and/or promotions without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law. If your prize is worth more than $600 and you are conducting your giveaway in the United States, you will need to collect the winner’s social security number and issue a 1099 for tax purposes.

8. Odds: The odds of winning are dependent upon luck.

9. Selection and Notification of the Winner: The winner will be selected by a random name selector to eliminate bias. We will notify the winner by email on or before December 1, 2022. The winner must claim his or her prize within 5 days of receiving the email. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and shall be given to the next winner. The Sponsor is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provides a wrong email address or if their email security setting caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

10. Limitation of Liability: Each participant’s entry into the contest constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

11. Disputes: You agree, as a condition of participating in the contest, that disputes not resolved between the participant and the Sponsor shall be individually resolved before a court to be decided by the Sponsor, without restoring to any form of class action.
